Intragrad Inc. offers a platform for connecting healthcare and childcare professionals with potential employers. While we facilitate these connections, the actual contract for service is directly between the professional and the employing entity. Intragrad Inc. is not a party to that contract. Intragrad Inc. may from time to time offer additional services directly or services from third parties through our platform. We endeavor to vet these services for quality and reliability; however, Intragrad Inc. makes no representations or warranties regarding third-party services and is not liable for any third-party services offered through our platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Intragrad regarding your use of the Services.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver. If any provision is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
